Join us for a challenging, FUN, and empowering class experience!


Our strength + cardio classes are  designed to focus  on certain muscle groups but are constantly changing to keep you interested and excited! We have a unique rotation of HIIT, circuit training, & self-paced sets/reps workouts. These classes are built to fit all fitness levels and offer multiple options to meet you where you are at in your fitness journey!


Our class sizes are intimate giving you the attention you deserve!
